Here are some tips on how to get the most of your cooler!

Icing Down the Cooler:  Depending on how long you need your beverages or and food chilled you may want to pre-chill beverages before placing in the cooler otherwise you’ll burn through a good portion of your ice chilling them down.  If you’re in high heat conditions or want your ice to last longer you can pre-chill your beverages in the cooler by placing them in the cooler and icing them down for 20 minutes.  Drain any melted ice and then top the cooler off  with fresh ice.  

Packing your Cooler: Place cans on top of each other in columns in coolers’ iced storage area.  Place bottles upright with some facing down to maximize space.  Put ice in last & shake cooler side to side so that ice settles between cans & bottles. 

Refrigerated Pocket Tip: Coolers’ iced storage must contain a sufficient amount of ice or ice cold water to activate refrigeration of cool dry storage pocket.  For maximum cooling of the refrigerated pocket, pack extra ice in the iced storage area adjacent to refrigerated pocket.  Place food such as sandwiches & fruit in resealable plastic bags in the refrigerated pocket.  Keep cooler in the shade when possible and when in direct sunlight face refrigerated pocket away from the sun for better results.  Use the dry storage pockets for items that do not need to be kept cool.  

Care and Cleaning:  Clean inside of cooler with a mild solution of soap & water.  Air dry with the lid open.  The outside of the cooler is polyester so in most cases you can wipe down the outside of the cooler with a wet cloth and dry with a clean cloth to pull the dirt out of the fabric. If heavily soiled use a fabric cleaner to remove stains.  

Notice:  DO NOT STAND ON THE ROUND COOLER/SEATS.  THEY ARE DESIGNED TO BE USED AS A SEAT NOT A STEP STOOL.  Make sure you do not leave cooler unattended around small children if there is any pooled water inside the cooler as this may become a drowning hazard.

Replacement Parts:  If you are not eligible for warranty don’t trash your cooler.  On select models such as the Cooler/Seats, Cooler/Trolleys and GrillnChills we may have a replacement part to help you out.  Please describe or email a photo of the part you need and we’ll be happy to check our stock for a replacement piece and quote you a part price.   Some common replacement parts are:

Warranty Information:   We warranty products purchased through our website or an authorized dealer to be free of defects in material or workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase, which is sufficient time for any defects to become apparent under normal use.  If you purchased our products from one of our resellers, distributors or retailers we will warranty at our discretion in accordance with the warranty for products purchased on website.  Our warranty excludes normal ware and tear due to use and does not cover use of product for purposes other than those intended.   Please return product along with sales receipt, return authorization number (number is required).  At our discretion, we will repair or replace  components determined to be defects in material or workmanship   Any changes to the product line will result in a replacement product that is as close as possible to the product warrantied.  If your product has been discontinued but it is eligible for warranty we will provide an alternate product as close to your original where possible.  

To obtain warranty authorization number simply email your warranty request with a copy of your receipt and photo of your product with close up of the problem area  or description of the issue to  If we determine the issue is not due to normal wear and tear we will reply with a warranty authorization number and address for you to ship your product for repair or replacement.  

Return Policy:  We are confident you will love the products purchased through our on line store.  If you don’t you have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product.  Return your product with your receipt and a note mentioning your reason for returning the item.  Please allow 4 weeks for your refund to be processed.  Email your return request mentioning the item you are returning and reason for returning to  We will reply with a return authorization number and address for you to ship your product for refund.
